At presentations and workshops, I am often asked to recommend tools for authoring mobile learning. do not recommend any tools, but do encourage them to check with their current authoring tool vendor to see what their plans are for mobile, as many vendors are moving in this direction.

Web2.0 Voicemail: A Teacher's Uber-Management tool!
While we are familiar with the basic voicemail systems on cell phones and landlines, they are often limited. In the web2.0 world there has emerged new and FREE uber-voicemail systems. Some examples include Grand Central , YouMail , and Amphibian. These mail systems allow for the following; 1) By passing the caller and going right to voicemail.

Celtx a free and open source software for developing eLearning storyboards
If an eLearning course will be build with audiovisual aids, in most cases you will draw up or write a storyboard. Celtx is a great storyboard software. It just upgraded to their 1.0 version ( cross platform and delivered in a lot of languages ). Celtx has some web services as well. Nice, I like it.
