Those nice folks at UNESCO continue to champion mobile learning. Earlier this year we praised their grass-roots style Mobile Learning Series , and now they have taken that one step further by developing a set of guidelines for policy makers and learning leaders to help them benefit from m-learning. As they say in their report: This year the number of connected mobile devices, the vast majority of which are mobile phones, will surpass the world’s population for the first time in history. At the end of this month I will be attending IADIS INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE MOBILE LEARNING 2009 in Barcelona, Spain. For this conference my colleagues and I have written a paper on Continuing Medical Education via mobile forhealth care workers in developing countries. This paper focuses on delivering mobile continuing medical education (CME) to health care workers (HCWs) in developing countries.
