MOBILE COMMONS | MONDAY, JUNE 25, 2012 Mobile Commons Gets Personal with Democracy Earlier this month, Mobile Commons helped out our friends at the Personal Democracy Forum give conference-goers a way to voice their opinions about technology and government. Working with the event organizers, we ran a mobile survey asking attendees for their opinions on everything from where the SOPA/PIPA movement should go next to what they think about the FCC. Attendees Attendees sent hundreds of text messages into the campaign, adding a truly interactive element to the event. 61 percent thought government regulates privacy on the internet in the wrong way.
