MOBILE COMMONS | THURSDAY, MAY 31, 2012 Mobile Commons Featured by NYC Gov as a “Leading Digital Company” We were honored to receive a letter from Rachel Sterne, Chief Digital Officer of New York City, featuring Mobile Commons as one of the “100 leading digital companies” that make New York their home. The letter came as part of NYC’s just-released “Made In New York” Digital Jobs Map. The map highlights hundreds of tech companies – startup and established – that have turned New York City into a hub of innovation. STEVE VOSLOO | WEDNESDAY, MAY 30, 2012 UNESCO Working Paper Series on Mobile Learning released UNESCO has released the first set of papers in its Working Paper Series on Mobile Learning , for which I was a co-ordinating editor. The 12 papers of the initial launch make up almost 500 pages of research. Half of the papers focus on mobile learning initiatives and their relationship to policies, and the other half on how mobile technologies support teachers and their professional development.
