RAPID INTAKE MOBILE LEARNING | WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2011 Why Mobile Learning Makes Organizations More Productive This may sound obvious once you hear it, but the first time I heard it last summer, it had not occurred to me: implementing mobile learning can make your organization more productive because learners are much more likely to take the training away from the job rather than on the job. So, by offering courses that are available via mobile devices, learners are more likely to spend time at their desk doing OTHER things. Does mobile learning make workers more productive because they can more easily complete training other places and at other times than on the job? Probably not. MORE >> -
