Works only on targeted smartphones. The choice really depends on the richness of your mLearning solution (user experience, performance and features) and the range of audience (rather smartphones) you are targeting. I’ve been trying to keep up with all of the latest in the US Army’s Connecting Soldiers with Digital Applications (CSDA) program. As someone who works in the learning world, it’s significant when any organization with hundreds of thousands of learners decides to equip their entire workforce with mobile devices and applications.
